- Customers can request a cancellation as long as their order has not yet been shipped from the warehouse.
- Cancellation or return requests can be initiated by visiting the “My Orders” section of the customer’s account on the website.
- If a purchase was made as a guest, customers should create an account using the same email ID and phone number used during the order placement. Then, they can initiate cancellation or return requests under the “My Orders” tab.
- For prepaid orders, if a product is canceled, the refund will be initiated by Grapcy International within 7 working days to the source account.
- To return a product purchased from the website, customers must hand over the product to the shipping partner along with the bill copy, the product in its original packaging with intact tags, and in unused/unaltered, saleable condition.
- Customers can initiate a product return within 15 days of the product’s delivery by emailing grapcy0@gmail.com.
- For prepaid order returns, the refund will be initiated to the source account within 7 working days after the product is picked up by the shipping partner from the customer.
- Products purchased on discount/offers can only be returned within 15 days of delivery by emailing grapcy0@gmail.com.
- Products with manufacturing defects purchased on offer/promotion/discount can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date, but only through the website.
